Video: Home Invasion With A Screwdriver, Meet Homeowner With A Hockey Stick That Finished His Shift Hard

Source  – A Scarborough homeowner who interrupted a break-in Tuesday was stabbed in his leg but managed to smash the intruder with a hockey stick.

Toronto Police say the frightening encounter unfolded on Harewood Ave., near McCowan and Kingston Rds., just before noon.

“The victim arrived home to find a man inside his home,” Const. Jenifferjit Sidhu said Tuesday, adding the homeowner was stabbed, “possibly with a screwdriver,” during the confrontation.

“I got in my truck to go and see if I could find the dog,” Hussey said, explaining he was “concerned” for the family’s pet.

As he drove around the corner, Hussey said he spotted the dog heading back home, so he continued on to look for the intruder.

Moments later he spotted a man, his face bloodied, hiding between houses on nearby Oakridge Dr.

“I heard (the child’s father) yell in the phone, ‘I’ve been stabbed,’ and then I looked at his leg and his leg was all red,” Hussey said. “That’s when I realized something bad happened.”

He said the victim told him the intruder’s face was probably bloodied “because he hit him with a hockey stick.”

Police searched the area but Sidhu said the intruder could not immediately be found.

In America, Everyone has a gun.  In Canada, everyone has a hockey stick, so suck it USA.

Was it an old school woody KOHO or Sher-wood PMP?  Or was it a one-piece Warrior XX-Stiff?

The one-piece hurts more.  There’s no give and if you miss, it vibrates the shit outta your hands.
