The progression of terror on this poor little kid’s face is awful.
I can’t stand watching little kids cry. It’s my Kryptonite. However, I once told my son the groomsman walking down the Aisle with my ex was his new Dad and the reaction was similar.
Hell of a prank though. I might have cut it off prior to giving the kid a lifetime of anxiety, but I don’t judge. Plus, this might be some new type of Psychological Ferber Method I’m not aware of.
Wiki: The Ferber method, or Ferberization, is a technique invented by Dr. Richard Ferber to solve infant sleep problems. It involves “baby-training” children to self-soothe by allowing the child to cry for a predetermined amount of time before receiving external comfort.
