Video: Justin Trudeau grabbing his coat mid press conference was a huge power move
This guy is really turning me around.
Trudeau made the world stop for 10 seconds because he was chilly, screams ‘power move’.
He delivered the grim financial reality of the coronavirus effect, announced 82 billion in bailout money, said we’re inching closer to a lockdown, then bolted for a coat making the country wait to answer questions about a pandemic that’s crushing the world.
Brilliant.
I would have done the exact same thing if I was the most powerful man in Canada. I also would have come back out with a hot coffee and a cigar too.

Only partisans won’t like that moment but partisans suck ass and in a time like this, we need to rally behind our leadership not look for ways to sewer it.
Other than being cheesy at times, Trudeau has kept Canadians informed, adjusted his messaging daily by easing us into the reality that the worst possible scenario could be coming and ‘nothing is off the table’.
