Sometimes you need to see the silliness to protect yourself against it.

Here’s the deal: Karen’s kid asked for a ‘number 2 – high and tight’.  The Barber warned him – he’s a dumb kid from a dumb family who didn’t head the warning and hated the haircut.  His mom saw his hair and not only called 911, but she also threatened to sue the barbershop and plans on it.

For his part, Rocco from Bonehead’s handled himself like a gentleman. It’s refreshing.  Karen’s like this ditch pig trying to trigger people into reactions hoping to get something out of it (money or retribution) and keeping your cool is key when dealing with unreasonable dicks.  It’s a lost art but my man Rocco gets it.  He just wants to cut your hair and I dig that about him.

Remember, anytime someone acts like this they’re trying to make you compromise yourself so they can squeeze you for something because they have nothing.  Karen probably puts fingernails into nearly finished burgers to get free burgers for life.   She’s purposeless unless the purpose includes getting something for nothing.  They all are.
