Part of me feels bad for this woman. Hear me out, folks.

You don’t know what is going on in someone’s life on a day-to-day basis. Or if they are dealing with some form of mental illness. This however is NO EXCUSE to treat anyone like this for getting a coffee order wrong or whatever happened to make this lady go nuclear.

The Starbucks employees handled it like champions. Didn’t lose their cool, smiled back and asked her to leave.

By the way, if someone is doing this to you the best way to piss them off, even more, is to smile at them and kill them with kindness. They want you to lose your cool and possibly lose your job.

Treating people with kindness goes a long way.
