Video: Man In Coma After ‘Friend’s’ Dog ‘ripped his penis and testicles off’
Source – A (Scottish) MAN is fighting for his life after a dog ‘bit off his penis and testicles’ in a horror attack.
Emergency services raced to the scene in Haddington, East Lothian, after the alarm was raised on Sunday.
Cops found the 22-year-old victim unconscious in a pool of blood at a flat.
An Olde English Bulldogge, which was drenched in gore, was also found at the property.
It is understood the animal belonged to a friend of the man.
He’s now thought to be in a coma.

The brain basically short circuits after extreme physical trauma causing excruciating pain to prevent the person going into shock, thus, the coma.
