Video: Military Aged Men Are Bugging Out Of Russia in DROVES After Putin Announces General Conscription

I wonder how many of these men supported the war until it came time for them to go to war.

Not that it matters.

The problem many of these military-aged men will have is getting out of Russia. Flights from Moscow to anywhere are between USD 5-25k, and almost every country that borders Russia has banned the entry of Russian citizens who don’t have a special Visa. Some stories of 100km backups at the border to get into Finland were exaggerated, but the departure of men from Russia who don’t want to die in Putin’s meat grinder is genuine.

The Russian who stripped Putin’s “Z” from the car is one of my favorite stories to come out of this. He supported Putin’s war until his number got called, stripped his car of those decals, and headed for the border like A German officer in 1945.

“Putin? Never heard of him.”

Can you imagine? Having to flee your country to avoid being forced into becoming a terrorist with a 50/50 chance of survival and a 75% chance of never returning to your family? Those are Russian survival odds right now after the first seven months of the war.

Of Putler’s initial 300k troops, 115k have been killed or injured by Ukrainian Troops. At that rate, half of these conscripts will “go through some things,” so they are fucking off in record numbers, and I don’t blame them.

I’d do the same thing. Fuck that. None of these men want to die for a bald fascist asshole who shits in a suitcase.

The next time someone like Theo Fleury calls Canada tyrannical,  bring up his best friend, Putin, in Russia.
