Video: Mitch Marner Confirms That Mike Babcock Was Indeed A Huge Prick

Yunno what, I’m sorry.  I’m sorry that I ever questioned Mike Commodore’s mental wellness over his hatred for Mike Babcock.

“Mike Commodore.  I’m Sorry”.  I never disparaged you but I thought you had unreasonable hatred for Babs until I watched Mitch’s response to the news that Babcock’s ‘list’ prank had leaked.

Mitch was 19 and scared to fucking death and Mike has him sell out a veteran player then rat Marner out to that player to start a fight?  That’s some kind of weird psychotic experiment done by some sadistic asshole without any grasp of what’s important to another human at a very base level.

That’s just from a human perspective.  From a professional perspective, imagine a boss telling a long term employee that the new employee thought the longterm employee was lazy IN FRONT of the new employee. Only the new employee is scared to death to lose his new job so he won’t tell the long term employee that the boss engineered this whole thing because he’s a sick fuck.

Friedge caught up with Babs who basically brushed it off as a small blemish that was ultimately an effort to motivate Mitch which is a useless answer and flippant so he clearly doesn’t care. I wouldn’t care if I didn’t have a soul either.

Jesus.  The more I think about how divisive and underhandedly psychotic that was to do to a kid, the more I respect the players on this team and how no one knew anything for 5 years.

Seriously.

I can only hope the flood gates open and we hear more, very, very soon.
