Maple Leaf Hotstove is a good follow if you love the Leafs and the minutiae around the games. This is the camaraderie between NHL refs and the players we need to see more of in the game. I’d love it if linesmen wore mic’d up helmet cams next year and recorded the stuff we all know they’re saying to each other in fights and scrums. It humanizes the game a little more and let’s fans into a part of the game they don’t get a chance to experience.
Colton Parayko is a Christian so he doesn’t swear like Morgan but he had the most Napoleon Dynamite chirp of the season a couple of months ago:

I agree with Morgan, that icing was Bullshit. The ref just wanted to look like he gave a shit. No one paid to see you skate around waving your arms trying to bring drama to a game.
