Video: Nylander Is In Tonight VS Detroit. Says He’s Playing ’60 Minutes..Minimum.”

Suck on that.  Nylander says he’s playing and he apparently told Babs he’s playing on the top line with Matthews and Marleau too.

I guess when someone gives you a bazillion dollars you can throw your weight around and tell everyone what time it is.  I like that about Nylander. The old saying ‘You don’t get unless you ask’ doesn’t apply to Nylander and he knows it.  He’s more of a ‘Golden Rule’ guy now.  Those with the gold make the rules.  Boss move.

In my lifetime this will be the best team the Leafs have iced.  4 elite forwards that would be the best player on any team that doesn’t have Connor McDavid all on the same team and the same PP with Marner on the back end.  Period stop.

Some of you might argue at work that Nylander should be on a line with Tavares and Marner only cuz you need something to be pessimistic about but I don’t.   That’s like deciding if you should take the Bentley or The Lambo to work.   It’s a first world hockey problem you should just be happy to have.
