If there’s one thing I know about Political marriages, they are AWKWARD AF, especially in Canada. JT and Sophie broke up this year, so it’s up to the leader of Canada’s far-right conservative party to convince us that HIS marriage to the daughter of Venezuelan bankers with far-right terror ties is legit.
Pierre Poilievere went the extra mile this year by posting a two-year-old video where he demeaned his wife’s heritage while she looked repulsed making boozy Christmas drinks because PeePee LOVES day drinking.
Please pay special attention to their body language. He can’t stop pulling her in, and she can’t stop trying to escape. SOOOO romantic.

Before you start your “Trudeau’s wife was a beard too!” tweet storm, I know. I’ve been mocking Trudeau’s WEIRD marriage for a solid five years. But at least they made NEW awkward “we’re married and TOTALLY in love” videos. Again, I’m a huge body language guy, and Justin and Sophie have been playing the game for a few years. At least it wasn’t an arranged marriage.

What made me laugh wasn’t just the CLEAR disdain the Poilievres have for their “relationship.” It’s the fact the video is two years old, includes a 60 of rye, some Nesquick, and a reference to putting espresso into a boozy rye milkshake if you plan on getting shithoused in the morning. Something PeePee is familiar with.

If the polls hold up, we might have the drunkest PM in Canada’s short history, and Sir John A Macdonald drank ALL DAY.
And as someone who doesn’t drink anymore due to several factors, including but not limited to “poor decision-making,” a ‘Drunk PM’ isn’t a comforting thought to me, but holy shit, would it be entertaining. He rages like he’s drunk or hungover A LOT, so if he does have a drinking problem, his aggressive behavior will only ramp up, as will his unreasonable reactions to everyday questions and conversations.
I’m here for four years of THAT content. Trump was America’s embarrassment but gave us some incredible “sudafed” driven content. I expect the same from a drunk ass PeePee showing up to work with a Moscow mule in hand, prepped by his “wife.”
