I’ve been there. I went to a Smashing Pumpkins show in Calgary and discreetly puked my balls off in the aisle next to me. It was dark, I smoked a joint for the first time and drank about 14000 beers before showtime. I don’t know what this guy ate or drank before the ball game, but I know it was a lot.

I can see it, I just can’t smell it because when I do, it activates my puke trigger and it’s over.
I love how his eyes are closed as it seeps down his arm and torso. It’s as if he’s hoping when he opens them, this is not happening. Or he just gave up.
