Watch A New Trailer For “The Watchmen” Series!
Roughly ten years ago, Zack Snyder released Watchmen. And it was glorious. Now, they’re working on a Watchmen series and they released a new trailer!
Production started in October 2018. There’s no release info – although it is supposed to premiere later this year.
Check out who’s starring in the series! Regina King will play Angela Abraham, Jeremy Irons plays an older version of Ozymandias. Watch for Don Johnson (Chief Judd Crawford), Tim Blake Nelson (Looking Glass) and Tom Mison (Mime) too!
Here’s an official synopsis for the show: “Set in an alternate history where ‘superheroes’ are treated as outlaws, this drama series embraces the nostalgia of the original groundbreaking graphic novel of the same name while attempting to break new ground of its own.”
