In case you missed it, a video recently surfaced of the Leader of His Majesty’s LOYAL Opposition, Pierre Poilievre, PRAISING Mr. Johnston.

“I think we’re dealing with a very credible individual, and I think that that distant history bears little relevance to the fact that he has a very distinguished career.

If we’re suggesting just because, at some point in history, he was appointed by a former Conservative Prime Minister that he should be disqualified from participating in public life. I think that is a little bit extreme.

This is a very qualified individual, and frankly, I haven’t heard anybody question his integrity, and I have no reason to do so.”

Who could ever question the former Governor General’s integrity?

Well, none other than Pierre Poilievre himself, of course:

Calling Johnston just a “ski buddy and cottage neighbour.”
(We all know the cutoff for popping over to a neighbours for a cup of sugar is 50 kilometres.)

As many others have pointed out, it didn’t matter who was selected to be Special Rapporteur or to head a public inquiry. Pierre Poilievre would attack whomever it was and their character/integrity.

Pierre Poilievre has absolutely no integrity, and this is just a perfect example of that.

Way to ‘bring home’ the hypocrisy, Pierre.
