We were sued By Canada Proud just over a month ago for defamation. Their claim rests on my reply to one of their tweets suggesting they organize anti-Trudeau rallies where crisis actors are paid to protest.

Which they admitted to several years ago…maybe they forgot.

Remember, they are suing me because they said they never paid for or organized any anti-Trudeau rallies. And that my “lying” about it has embarrassed them and cost founder Jeff Ballinagll $200k…

We decided not to fold out the tent because we knew we were right, and they were not legitimate news org or media outlets. We know they are an exclusive agent of the Conservative Party of Canada (#MapleMAGA) based on their own words in verifiable news outlets and sources we’d never name because they’ve already said the quiet part out loud (above).

We filed our Statement of defense and counterclaim last night, so off to court we go.

We told you we would post it in its entirety because hundreds of fair-minded Canadians donated to our legal defense, and unlike Canada Proud, we’re a fan of transparency.
