Born as Hossein Khosrow Ali Vaziri on March 15, 1942, in Tehran, Iran, he captured the hearts of millions around the globe with his undeniable charisma, unmatched athleticism, and unparalleled passion for the sport.

Known for his incredible in-ring skills, The Iron Sheik achieved great success throughout his career.
