YIKES: It just keeps getting worse for Mike Babcock

Mike Babcock from all accounts, is a very good man and does a lot of good for this world but if you think he doesn’t have some demons…think again.
First, it was the Chris Chelios fiasco, then he benched Mike Modano before his 1500th game, then he lied to Mike Commodore. This year it was Jason Spezza’s turn, and after the last straw dropped to break the camel’s back, an ex-Leaf who was never coached by Babcock has decided he’s going to speak for all the players who can’t say a thing right now.
Ladies and gentlemen, Mark Fraser
We share stories throughout the years with each other and for those outside the locker rooms, you will never truly understand some of the terrible undeserving things Babs has done to his some of his players. You don’t have to like all your coaches, but he is one

who 95% of his players can’t say a good thing about. With the ability to end players careers, he’s chosen to do so to long serving vets that have resulted in all his players turning against him. He’s used his power to turn teammates against each other, and choose to continuously

He’s speaking for all the #MapleLeafs who wouldn’t dare speak the truth right now, but damn sure want to. @commie22 has so many players respect. If only the outsiders in the hockey world knew the truth.

O-Dog from TSN mentioned the same thing on Friday, saying there’s a ton of people who hate Mike Babcock the person, not just Mike Babcock the coach.
Speaking of the coach, it’s obvious the Leafs have a new-found positive vibe surrounding them, and a lot of chatter surrounding just how bad it was in the dressing room, after Travis Dermott’s interview before Arizona’s game calling it – “the right call”.
Regardless if it was the ‘right call’, only time will tell.
For now, Mike Babcock continues to get kicked while he is down, as players are speaking out about his true colours. Blue and white surely changed to black and blue really quick.
PS: Nick Shore is playing in Colorado tonight. Little indirect shot, for 500 Alex.
