Maybe the uber progressives or uber conservatives think it’s cool because they need people to like them, but 80% of this country recoils at the idea of unemployed assholes with foreign flags stopping Canadians from getting to work or home to their families after a long day. These are human beings who are trying to put food on tables. Immigrants and Canadian nationals were guaranteed by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms not to have their freedoms impinged on by anyone else’s right to express themselves freely. The scene from the Jaques Cartier Bridge in Quebec today or the mass protests around Toronto aren’t just contrary to the Charter, they are illegal according to the Charter, which governs the right to a peaceful existence, and this shit is anything but peaceful.

Canada has welcomed immigrants (like me) for hundreds of years. What we should never accept is foreign interference. But specific political and religious organizations don’t give a fuck about that when it comes to curating support or donations for their bullshit causes, and Abrahamic faith Wars are a bullshit cause.

In a military sense, Hamas started a war with Gaza, and they are getting their asses kicked. They don’t get to decide who gets dead or how the rules of engagement work, not Israel is crushing Gaza and the terror cell responsible for Oct 7. Using horrific videos of innocent civilians caught in the crossfire of a war started by barbarians as a way to virtue signal to your family or community of progressives is fucking gross. Using Israel’s history as a way to justify murdering innocent people in the name of war for your politically aligned interests is also fucking gross.

Somehow they all have the same gameplan: Interrupt commerce and the way of life across the globe to destabilize countries with fear porn, flags, and protests that penalize or hurt people who don’t have the luxury of being a triggered asshole that can take the day off to be a triggered asshole.

In a recent poll, over 80% of Canadians surveyed said they don’t care about your flags or protests. They went on to admit your prevention in their lives, when you prevent them from getting to work or getting home to their families, has the opposite of any flag waver’s desired effect. Since when did being an asshole convince strangers to help you? At what point did you think storming a city’s financial district or a bagel shop with foreign flags from countries responsible for terror attacks and the world’s biggest open-air prison would get people onside?

The Israel/Gaza protests? It’s the same, minus the border issues. Jewish and Arab-owned businesses have been doxxed and shot up, including a Jewish school in Montreal, thanks to the fuel of these protests. Diners at Landwer and other companies were targeted by mobs doing their worst for the country, culture, or religion belonging to the flags they carry.
