There is going hard and then there is going WAY too hard that you piss yourself in front of the whole gym. This girl clearly did not empty the tank before she did some deadlifts.

Imagine showing up to the gym to do some quick back and biceps and the person next to you goes a little too hard, you smell asparagus, look to your left and see a litre of urine flying out of the girl next to you. Just another Tuesday.

If you’re not pushing yourself to the point of losing control of your bladder, then you clearly don’t want it enough.

Fucking gross.
