We all know that bags get lost/damaged all the time at the airport. It has happened to all of us once or twice, we have also all waited at a baggage claim for an extended period of time and have been pissed off.

The video above of two baggage handlers tossing bags around and laughing about it should enrage you beyond belief.

We KNOW the incompetence is there but we have never seen it firsthand. Now we have and I am angry at the baggage people and I am not travelling.
