Video: Philadelphia Flyers’ D-Man Ivan Provorov Refused To Wear Pride Jersey During Warm-Up Because He’s Christian Russian Orthodox (Like Putin) And Hates Gay People

The NHL has done a fucking marvelous job pretending it doesn’t have a gay-hating Putin-apologist Russian problem.

Insert Philadelphia Flyers d-man Ivan Provorov: He’s a BIG Putin guy who hates Ukraine, the west, and gay people.

Here’s the bottom line. Any religion that tells you not to interact with gay people, things, shirts, and hats by making public statements like this isn’t a religion at all. It’s a fucken hate group.

Russian Christian Orthodoxy is a hate group and cult. It’s the driving force behind the war in Ukraine and the violent death of 250,000 human beings in less than a year.

Gary Bettman says hockey is for “EVERYONE,” and unless he fines the fuck out of the Flyers and suspends Provorov for publicly shitting on marginalized groups with hateful religious rhetoric.

Ivan Provorov and EVERY OTHER war-loving, gay-hating Russian athlete in the NHL should be sent back to fucking Siberia today. No warning, just a knock on the hotel room door with a few Immigration officers and a one-way ticket for Provorov, Ovi, and any other Russian Athlete who discretely hopes Putin wipes Ukraine/Gay people off the map.

There’s a difference between Freedom of Religion and freedom to practice hateful religion. Assholes, losers, homophobes, and cowards always hide their hate behind religion because it’s a more palatable excuse to be a cock than flat-out saying you hate gay people and love watching the Genocide of innocent people.

And for those of you Christian mouth breathers with the IQ of a coat hanger who buy Ivan’s, “I respect everyone else’s beliefs, so respect mine” bullshit, respect is useless unless it comes with action. Words are not works. Ivan Provorov refused to respect EVERYONE in the LGBTQ community, so he’s a coward and a liar. So Is John Tortorella, as did the Flyers by allowing Provorov to play.

Russia has been rounding up, jailing, and killing members of the LGBTQ community for years. Several years ago, Putin declared Russia to be ‘Gay Free,” saying, “Russia doesn’t have gay people.

Putin has used the war in Ukraine.

Putin has been sending a massive portion of Russia’s jailed LGBTQ to the front lines as cannon fodder along with other political prisoners, including this young man.

The NHL needs to deal with their gay-hating, war-loving, cult-fearing Russian players like Provorov and John Tortorella needs to start a fucking lawn maintenance company like other seniors his age.

What a fucking joke. If you don’t like inclusivity, you don’t respect anything other than hate. That’s all Orthodox/Evangelical Christianity is.
