Beaver Bites: There Be CPC Leadership Drama, Darlings!

About the Episode

Recording Date: March 31, 2022

In this bite we have an amuse-geule of multiple flavours:

Last week we spoke about what the Supply and Confidence agreement is and isn’t, and how it landed; this week, we chat about what’s actually in it.

We here at The Eager Beaver always say it’s not a CPC Leadership race until something’s wrong with vote or someone claims a crime was committed, and sure enough, this morning, Erin O’Toole’s former communications person rang the alarm.

And then we have a mixed bag of goodies including our friends Randy Hiller, Doug Ford, François Legault, and Jason Kenney.

Minimal script, flying without a net.

Because we believe that Democracy Is Something You Do…

1) If you want to let a certain nation know you’re not on their side, feel free to e-mail a package of sunflower seeds to:

ATTN: Ambassador Alexander Darchiev

Embassy of (you know where)

285 Charlotte St, Ottawa, ON K1N 8L5

2) If good care and treatment of animals is a cause dear to your heart, Veterinarians Without Borders Canada is working with Ukraine animal shelters to get them emergency food, water, and the basics for survival. If you can help, this link [https://www.vetswithoutborders.ca/] will direct you to their donation page.

Finally, on a lighter note, we want to know: What are you looking forward to most this spring?

You can do that via our show’s Facebook blog page on via Twitter @TrueEager.

Of course, retweets, shares, gentle corrections, constructive criticism, compliments, tips, requests and positive reviews (if you think we deserve some stars, please rate us) are always welcome.

Until then, be kind to, and gentle with, yourselves,

Your Eager Beaver
