About the Episode

Young brokers need to be heard and who better to talk to than the chairperson of the Manitoba Young Brokers network Tiffany Reider.  Tiffany is in a family insurance business, and like many never planned on becoming an insurance professional, but now that she’s here she’s embraced it.  As some one who falls into the millennial age category Tiffany shares some thoughts on what she sees as challenges when it comes to attracting and connecting to her peers and what might be changed to find success with that elusive age group.
